Siobhan Flax is the Deputy Director/Asia-Pacific Affairs Officer at the British Virgin Islands Hong Kong Office, Government of the Virgin Islands (2023). Prior to her posting in the Asia-Pacific, Siobhan served as Deputy Director in the British Virgin Islands Gov. Rep. Office – London (2011 – 2023). Across a decade of diplomatic service her responsibilities have included representing the interests of the Virgin Islands in the United Kingdom & European Union and the Asia-Pacific region. Siobhan holds a Master's Degree in “Diplomacy, Statecraft and Foreign Policy” (Loughborough University - UK), and a Bachelor's Degree in “Business Administration” (Georgia State University - USA). Prior to her career in diplomatic service, Siobhan worked in the Virgin Island’s Public Sector in Human Resource Management, as well as the private sector in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.
