Nihal Abughattas

Nihal possesses 20 years of extensive cross-functional business expertise in the field of financial technology. She currently spearheads the growth of Ozone API in the MEA region, actively contributing to the advancement of the open banking agenda for banks and regulatory bodies across various markets. Nihal has also served as a Go-to-Market (GTM) advisor at the IFC [World Bank], offering guidance to financial institutions on their digital banking transformation initiatives. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Director for Temenos Exchange for MEA and AsiaPac at Temenos, where her responsibilities included conducting due diligence on fintech solutions and integrating them into the Temenos customer base. Additionally, Nihal is a Founding Board Member of the MENA Fintech Association and an engaged member of the Regional Fintech Working Group at the Arab Monetary Fund.
