Mazen Omair is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Eduployment, a purpose-driven technology business with the mission of helping to re-imagine the ecosystem of blue-collar recruitment. Mazen is also the President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Momair Trading LCC, a UAE-based F&B company with sub-franchise rights for Subway stores in the UAE, and co-creator of Sugarfied & Co., the area's favorite candy store.

A successful business executive and entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience spanning the information technology, retail, food and beverage, franchising, and distribution sectors, Mazen brings a well-rounded depth of experience to his roles.

Prior to establishing Momair Trading, Mazen enjoyed an accomplished career with large multi-national and regional corporations. A dynamic combination of integrity, leadership, strategic business management, and operational skills have been key to his success. His career began in IT and professional business services, climbing the corporate ladder at Gestalt Systems in the United States from a Database Programmer to the Vice President of Operations in six years.

He then accepted a senior management position with IBM – Lotus Professional Services in the United States before being transferred to the UAE, where he assumed responsibility for several IBM software brands in the Middle East, Egypt, Pakistan, and North Africa. In his final stint before establishing his own enterprise, Mazen assumed the role of Senior Vice President for i2 – Itsalat International.

Mazen is the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) UAE Chapter President for FY2021-22, has been a member since 2014, and served on the UAE Chapter’s Board of Directors since 2016. Mazen has also served as a member of the elected Board of Directors for UAE Subway Franchisees Advertising Fund for 11 years, overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies and activities for the brand.

Mazen holds a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Zoology and a Master's of Science in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University. He has been recognized for his management, leadership, and public-speaking skills across the US and Middle East, having received several corporate awards.

Mazen is a Saudi Arabian national, fluent in Arabic and English, residing in Dubai since 2003 with his wife and three children.
